Personality;
Diana, really, is a woman who's just very dedicated to her cause. It just so happens to be that her cause is "world peace," and she really does mean it. Getting world peace would require a person of outstanding moral fiber and character, and that's just what Diana is. She is genuinely caring, honest, and forgiving. No matter who it is, Diana wants to help them in any way she can, even if it means putting herself in danger. In fact, she does that quite regularly. But it's just how she is. She upholds the standards she sets for herself, and in her universe, several people have remarked how she is the perfect person.
However, that's not completely true, and she's the first to admit it. Diana is committed to her mission to the point of it being a fault. She has doubts and heartbreaks just like any other person, but she often conceals them behind a mask a professionalism until she is among friends or family. This is especially true recently, since about two years before her canon point, Diana broke her own personal oath when she killed a man. Now, granted, he was a scumbucket to rule all scumbuckets, but it was severe enough that many of Diana's friends were upset with her, and Diana herself went into hiding. She's been slowly coming to terms with this, but still has doubts about herself and who she is.
Her extreme caring can be a fault, and makes it especially easy to lure her into traps when her loved ones are in danger, but it does not detract from her. Many characters meeting Diana for the first time are instantly given a sense of calm and safety--it's simply the effect she has on people. She loves everyone that she meets and wishes to give them peace and happiness. She extends this even to her enemies, and though she might beat the crap out of them on a regular basis, she will always extend her hand to help them. A few have taken it, but most haven't. Which makes sense, because that would be a rather boring comic book, wouldn't it? No matter who you are, Diana is there to be your friend, surrogate mother, whatever you need.
Most of the time, though, Diana is kicking ass and taking names. She has a very professional attitude about what, to her, is her job! So at those times, she can seem very cold and distant. But that's simply because, again, when it comes to her goal of peace, she's very no-nonsense. She very rarely hides her opinions even when they would be considered inflammatory, but that's her own honesty showing. She never lies, after all. Part of that is because of her magic lasso that makes anyone that touches it tell the truth (it's always touching her), but regardless, she would still hold a golden standard of honesty.
That coldness in battle comes mostly from her birthplace. Diana is an Amazon, trained in a perfected form of fighting and combat exclusively for women. She never kills (minus Max), but she's not going to hold back. I will admit the never kills thing is a bit contradictory, however, since she's killed some non-humans. lol only humans matter amirite
Point is, she's not going to be killing anyone in game, ever! But she's not to be taken lightly in battle. Even powered down, she has been trained her whole life to fight, and she can do it with ease. It's her second nature. Which is to say, an element of contradiction is also part of Diana's personality. She is distant and diplomatic, but in the next moment, she's your best friend. She does not expect anyone to uphold her standards of honesty and morality, but she steadfastly upholds them herself.
In older incarnations, Diana was also quite pure in her speech and concise, but after killing Max, she got just a tiiiiny bit of an attitude. She's more sarcastic than she was before, and even teasing, but it's never with the purpose to hurt others. The most common person to receive this treatment is her sort-of-boyfriend (it's complicated) Tom Tressier/Nemesis, but he deserves it. Seriously. But her manner of speaking being more casual really helps for people to connect to her more easily. Instead of being so distant and foreign, Diana is able to relate with much more ease to the people of "the Patriarch's World."
In short, Diana truly is a wonder woman--no matter how you know her, you'll be hard pressed to ever forget her. She leaves a strong impression on everyone she meets because of her love and kindness that she extends to everyone, but also because of her steadfast and admirable dedication to bringing peace and comfort to all.

I have found myself in alternate dimensions, upon other worlds, and standing amongst the gods, and this seems to be no different. That's not to say I do not accept the responsibility which these gods have asked, but I have learned far to often to never take things at face value. Especially when it's concerning new and strange places.
This device will hopefully reach others in the same situation. To those of you that hear my message, I am Diana of Themyscira. I do not know from which world you hail, but perhaps you may better know me as Wonder Woman. I request information. I cannot be more specific, but I would gratefully accept anything pertaining to this situation beyond what was mentioned in the letter I received. I thank you for your time and for any help that you may be able to provide.
If this message reaches those who have brought us here, I would like to speak to you as well. I offer only good will and the unanswered questions that I hope you can help to answer.
May Athena's wisdom guide us all.
